DAKSH’s Annual Constitution Day Lecture was delivered by M R Madhavan, co-founder and President of PRS Legislative Research. His lecture titled ‘Reading between the Lines: Norms and Conventions make the Constitution work’ looked at constitutional norms that have started breaking down over the last couple of decades and constitutional challenges that arise as a result.
